OBJECTIVES

•  Provide a platform for students to voice their grievances and ensure timely and effective resolution of their complaints.

•  Ensure that the grievance redressal process is fair, transparent, and impartial, maintaining the principles of natural justice.

•  Improve overall student satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues related to academic, administrative, and other aspects of student life.

•  Hold college/university administration and faculty accountable by addressing complaints related to academic, administrative, or personal issues faced by students.

•  Provide a mechanism to address issues of discrimination, harassment, and unfair practices, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

•  Improve communication between students and the college/university administration, fostering a better understanding of student concerns and needs.
