Objectives

- Improve overall student satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues related to academic, administrative, and other aspects of student life.
- Hold college/university administration and faculty accountable by addressing complaints related to academic, administrative, or personal issues faced by students.
- Provide a mechanism to address issues of discrimination, harassment, and unfair practices, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Improve communication between students and the college/university administration, fostering a better understanding of student concerns and needs.
